The Rules of the Court are rules for lawyers, judges and all that enter the Court. Each court has different sets of rules, this is because of different governments for each courtroom. The Rules of the Court set our paths and guidelines of conduct litigation. The court is an exercise of jurisdiction to control its own process and under its own rules. The Rules may modify the strictures of particular requirements to meet the modification can be done without trenching the rights of other parties, or opponents. This way we can have a fair and proper hearing.
